Everything you need to know before you roll out your mat.

What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothing that does not limit your range of motion. Layers are great so you can regulate your own temperature if you run hot or cold.

A water bottle although you should hydrate before and after class. Some yoga practitioners like to practice on their own mat but if you do not have one, we can provide you with one. For fitness classes you may see some members barefoot, however if you need more support for ankles, we ask that you wear inside shoes only. You are welcome to leave a pair of shoes at the studio in our shoe cubbies.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to have ample time to set up your belongings.

We love our brand-new beginner yogis! There will be Beginner Yoga Series multiple times a year but if you join in between sessions, any of our Gentle Yoga sessions are a great place to start!

Congratulations! What an amazing and exciting time in your life.  Yoga can be very beneficial through pregnancy. Please check with your doctor first before participating in any classes. If you have been practicing with us up to your pregnancy, please inform your instructor and we will give you a list of modifications for your practice. If you are in your second or third trimester and are new to yoga, we suggest you attend our prenatal class series that will be in-studio or available for purchase in our On-Demand library.

Please do not disrupt Savasana by leaving early. Savasana (final rest pose), is the most important aspect of your practice. If you need to leave early, please set up close to the Barn Doors and notify the teacher before class. Silently leave before Savasana to not disturb other students.
